The 25th Anniversary
Tacky Xmas Decoration Contest
and Grand Highly Illuminated House Tour

To honor the 25th Anniversary of the Tacky Xmas Decoration Contest and Grand Highly Illuminated House Tour, Mark Pounders of Winn Transportation brought Mad Dog back and contributed a bus so he could give a tour of the houses, just like the good old days. The Mayor of Richmond even declared it "Richmond Tacky Light Tour Day." Awards were given out to all the houses on the tour.
